Hi guys! I want to talk about the different causes of hair loss today. As you can tell from my selfie picture, I still have a lot of hair, but I have noticed a good amount of hair loss for the last three years that led me to find causes. Just to let you know, I'm not talking about short-term hair loss after giving birth due to a normalizing hormonal shift but consistently losing hair.  Over the years, I have heard various reasons which cause hair loss that I listed below.    •alopecia areata due to diabetes •high testosterone level due to daily workouts •too many man bun during workouts, lol  •hormonal shifts during premenopause •fewer collagen productions after the early 30s •high stress •vitamins deficiency •invasive hair spray and coloring products •inbalanced diet •heredity •toxicity I have been active for the last three years and didn't feel anything physically strange besides hair loss, so I went to see Dr. Kaisa Lopes, an acupuncturist, who provides AlfaVue Regulation Thermometry evaluation at her office. I just thought that my hormonal shift was the primary reason for my hair loss.  I was WRONG.  What did this test said was that I  have a high mercury level and my lymph nodes were blocked. It shocked me because I didn’t grow up eating that much fish in Japan. According to the test, it didn't come from my dental work either. Next,  I went to see Dr. Sosin, Institute for Progressive Medicine, to do a blood test and found out that my mercury level was out of reference; yikes.  He prescribed six DMPS pushes, one of the chelation therapies which firmly bound with mercury inside the body and detoxing it out naturally.  I had a successful outcome.   FYI,  if you work out consistently, your body burns fat which toxic components are bound to start floating inside your body unless you prepare your lymph systems, kidneys, and liver to detox them. Hi guys! I finally made chocolate ice cream! It's not that sweet. If you like dark chocolate, you will like this one!  I ate two bowls during my photo shoot, so this is the result, lol! Let me know what you think!    
 Ingredient * 2 cups heavy cream  * 1/8 cup Navitas organic cacao powder  * 6 oz Guittard chopped semisweet chocolate * 1 ½ cups Organic whole milk * ½ cup organic coconut brown sugar * ⅛ tsp salt * 3 organic egg yolks beaten * ½ tsp vanilla extract 
 Instruction 1. Whisk together 1 cup cream and cocoa powder. Reduce heat and boil and simmer for 45 seconds while whisking constantly. After adding chocolate and whisk until smooth, put the remaining 1 cup of cream and combine. Using a fine-mesh strainer, transfer the mixture to a large bowl and set it aside. 2. Whisk together egg yolks. In a saucepan over medium heat, whisk together milk, sugar, and sea salt. Once the milk mixture is slightly warm, add ½ cup of warm milk to the beaten egg yolks and whisk to combine and add the milk and egg mixture back into the saucepan and whisk them. Continue to cook the custard over medium heat, and stir the mixture all the time with a spatula until it thickens. Pour the custard through a strainer into the other ingredients in the bowl and combine them. Add the vanilla. 3. After cooling the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, put it in an ice cream maker until thick and frozen. Mine didn't take that long at all. Then transfer to an airtight container to an ice cream container and freeze for at least 6 hours. 4. Place ice cream in a bowl and sprinkle chopped almonds on the top and enjoy!

Hi guys.  Today I want to talk about pears! I wasn't familiar with Anjou pears until I came to California. They are highly nutritious and one pear has 110 calories, 1g  of protein, 27g of carbs, 6 g of fibers, and Vitamin C, K, Potassium and Copper. The peel contains an antioxidant, quercetin which promotes a healthy heart and decreases stroke risk by 9%.
